关注回答问题的逻辑，让回答具像化；多参考”直接回答(适当重述问题)+原因或例子佐证+总结“的结构我们一起来看1个例子：What kinds of apartments are most popular?很多的话题的原因拓展，我们都可以跟钱&教育/工作联系起来。所以上面的问题我们可以这样通过两个维度来回答。Well, from my perspective, I believe there are several features for well-received apartments. First and foremost, those apartments that are neither too small nor too big, like around 80 square meters perhaps, will be most families’ top choice due to their limited budget. In addition, the apartments that are on the hot school districts will attract many potential buyers since most families attach great importance to high quality education. They believe attending top schools guarantees it, thus a better future for their children. Meanwhile, it can be an excellent investment.
