How do you keep healthy？

这个话题其实可以理解为运动 大部分话题都和运动相关 这时候重点则是从运动的健康方面扩展 如运动可以基本分为两类 cardio 有氧运动 和 weightlifting 力量训练，女生大部分情况涉及有氧运动教室 如swimming jogging badminton 那么关于健康的好处可以从基本的keep fit get slimmer 具体到一些细节 如 burn extra calories 燃烧多余热量 get smaller waist 瘦腰 improve skin condition 提升肤质 及 get better sleep 男生力量训练 则可以涉及提升基础代谢 promote metabolism 有六块腹肌 six pac 更强的力量 lift heavier等 除此之外可以谈及到diet 健康饮食上 例如 多摄入protein 蛋白质 减少碳水化合物 carbon hydrate 多吃蔬菜水果多摄入维生素 vitamin 把对应细节结合到自身的具体情况下 即可有清楚具体的表达 从而更好的回答问题。

今天的小作文又回归到正常的数据类图表。今天考察的是组合图，组合图的核心要点是寻找图片中的联系。两幅动态图图表之间可以看看他们的变化是否存在着某种联系，比如说澳大利亚医生数量的增加主要是男医生的增长还是女医生的增长，以及本土医生和海外医生的数量增长对于整体医生数量变化的影响。

有些人认为现代沟通技术的发展比如智能手机以及其他一些通讯工具是弊大于利。你在何种程度上同意这个观点。
今天的观点类大作文实质是利弊分析的文章，大家写同意或者不同意都可以，但是更建议大家写不同意。要注意要去证明利弊的时候，最好不要用数量去论证，而是应该用重要性比较。像好处大家可以写现代通讯技术的使用让人们的交流变得更加的高效。坏处可以写让人们缺乏了更多的可支配时间，因为他们在下班之后也很容易被人联系到，打扰休息的时间。但是这个问题可能可以靠一些办法来解决。

分析：今天的阅读P1 命中九分达人3 T3P1，本身也是一篇考过多次的文章，除了13年的首考在内，还分别在2016.1.23和12.03以及2019.11.07考察过。但今天的这篇p1难度并不低，好多考生吐槽篇就占用了半个小时。难度主要在于填空考察的并非常见的summary 或者sentence，而是考察了short answer。简答类型填空在剑17和18中都未考察，所以平时这一题型练习较少的同学可以从较早的一些真题中寻找练习素材，比如剑16T4P1中的简答。

分析：尼契手稿(Voynich manuscript)是一份内容不明的神秘书籍，附有插图，书成大约在400年前，书中所用字母及语言至今无人能识别。手稿中有天体、幻想植物等奇怪的装饰图片，并且以奇特的文字写成，与任何已知语言都对不起来。题型上，今天的p3和6月前两场雅思一样几乎没怎么考细节单选题，只在最后出现了一道全文主旨选择题。题型难度不大，填空考的还是原词填空，但是由于考生们在p1耗费了过多时间，导致p3时间来不及，这是最为可惜的。所以，平时练习一定要注意合理的时间分配。
